This course is designed to help yogis develop their practice in such a way that it becomes part of your everyday life.
Based around the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy and Buddhism we shall learn how to cultivating an open heart. We shall look at all areas within your life’s journey so far and set intentions for new ways of developing and moving forward with full alertness and embodiment.
This 10 wk course is suitable for anyone seriously interested in Yoga and embodiment. The course will consist of theory, movement, sound and version with handouts , home practice and teachers support.

Courses: Whether beginning yoga to gain fitness, strength and flexibility or to help calm a busy mind our courses offer a wonderful introduction to yoga and Buddhism.
This course will cover the fundamentals of a yoga practice including some tibetan healing exercises, physical postures and movement as well as breathing and some basic meditation techniques.

What is embodiment?
Embodiment is a term used to describe the feeling of getting out of your head and into your body! We spend so much of your time stuck in our heads, we can soon lose track of ourselves in the storm of thoughts and stuff to do.

A practice for life and everyday living.
when you open your eyes in the morning what is the first thing you normally think about or do? Apart from the obvious such as going to the bathroom which comes later…. When you first wake up, how do you welcome the new day?
Connecting to your true power or higher self. Allowing time for ourselves is vital for personal development and continued growth. For the fruit to blossom we must look after the land ; our health and wellbeing on All levels.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings which are cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the course will be refunded minus a £50 booking fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks before the course starts cannot be refunded, unless the place is filled. In that case the booking will be refunded minus a £50 booking fee.
