Hatha Yoga from the heart focuses on developing stillness to help us achieve inner peace; yoga is also a great way of keeping fit, giving the body an all over workout, the practise of yoga improves muscle tone , giving you core strength, balance and stability, it also brings balance and harmony to your mind, and thus creating health, happiness and fulfilment.
Yoga really can make a difference to everyone’s lives. Meditation and guided relaxation will be incorporated to support deep relaxation and help you feel rejuvenated.
Yoga holds the key to living a more harmonious ,cheerful life.
Basic, intermediate and more advanced variations of the asanas will be provided with a focus on proper breathing and safe alignment. Whether a novice or seasoned yogi, you will leave this class feeling balanced, recharged and relaxed.
Places are limited so booking is essential.
