Hatha Yoga For All focuses on yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and helps to bring balance to the body. This class will help you to increase your flexibility and strength, improve your balance and deal with stress in a positive way.
Meditation and guided relaxation will be incorporated to support deep relaxation and help you feel rejuvenated. Basic, intermediate and more advanced variations of the asanas will be provided with a focus on proper breathing and safe alignment. Whether a novice or seasoned yogi, you will leave this class feeling balanced, recharged and relaxed.
