Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition and is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Studies have shown that tai chi can help to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.

Bryce Sweeney has been practising Tai chi for 25 years and recommends it to anyone seeking an exercise which gives a feeling of well-being and improvement of flexibility in people of all ages and abilities.

Bryce is now offering an evening Tai chi class from 7.30 – 9.00pm.

Private practice tuition is also available with Bryce and costs £35.00 per 60 min session.
