This class is for anyone who likes to sit but may have trouble with doing so!

Meditation with breath work.

Re-learn ways of how to simply just sit.

‘Sometimes I just it, sometimes I sit and think’

We shall discuss the benefits of quietness and how to cultivate and maintain mind awareness through various practices.

Beginners and advanced practitioners welcome

Guided meditation and relaxation. Simple tricks to help stay centred.

Chairs are available should sitting on the floor not be suitable.

  • Whether you practice ‘yoga’ to improve fitness, strength and flexibility or to help calm a busy mind. This class is suitable for anyone who is interested in deepening their understanding of the practice. The class consists of discussion, meditation, chanting, pranayama and asana, taking yoga off your mat into your everyday life activities.

The aim of this class is to support and encourage you to deepen your own practice.

Drop in places are £15.00 or 4 weeks for £50.00
