There are currently two places available for this class.
This is a fun and energetic class, more appropriate for students who have been practicing yoga for a while and who are physically fit. The practice combines movement with breath whilst working with flowing sequences and periods of stillness. Through developing strength , focus and balance in the body, you develop calmness and freedom of the mind.
This class will have a different theme each week depending on the cycle of the moon and the time of the year.
