Pilates with Julia
Hi, my name is Julia. I am excited to offer Pilates alongside Sally at the lovely Space in Shaftesbury. I am a Pilates instructor offering classes suitable for all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or have prior experience. Along with a passion for Pilates, I’m a long-time yogi, having been taught by Sally for many years; I’m also a keen runner. I recognise the importance of looking after and maintaining flexibility, fitness, and core strength through practicing Pilates.
Pilates is a body conditioning method developed by Joseph Pilates to improve flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Exercises are modified for beginners and advanced participants. Pilates aims to improve posture, promote alignment, and enhance muscle tone.
Pilates techniques are fundamental to good posture. They focus on core stability, which is key for all physical activity.
Tuesday at 6.00pm
Wednesday at 6:00pm and 7:30pm.
This course is suitable for complete beginners or those looking to reconnect with their Pilates practice after a break.
