Cost
£15.00 per session or pay £60.00 monthly (Hatha)
£10.00 per session or £60.00 for the month (Zoom)
£7.50 for pregnancy yoga ( The first class is free)
£12.00 per class Chair yoga & Meditation or £100.00 for ten – Weeks
Workshops, courses, and events are individually priced
*Please note that payment confirms your place. If you book a place and cancel less than 24 hours before the class, you are still expected to pay for your space.

This course is an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.
No Experience Required
Meditation is a powerful practice that allows us to quiet the mind and cultivate inner stillness. Focusing on the breath or a chosen point of attention will enable us to observe our thoughts without getting caught up in them. Over time, this helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and foster a deeper self-awareness. Whether practiced for a few minutes or longer, meditation is a valuable tool for grounding ourselves in the present moment and nurturing a calm, centered mind.

Let yourself relax into healing by listening to the sounds from the moment they are stuck to the last sound made — a deeply relaxing experience.
No experience is needed.
Just lay down and relax!
You may like to bring extra layers and a pillow.
