This class is an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.
Meditation is a powerful practice that allows us to quiet the mind and cultivate inner stillness. Focusing on the breath or a chosen point of attention will enable us to observe our thoughts without getting caught up in them. Over time, this helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and foster a deeper self-awareness. Whether practiced for a few minutes or longer, meditation is a valuable tool for grounding ourselves in the present moment and nurturing a calm, centered mind.
Tuesday’s class will start on the 6th of January 2026 – Suitable for complete beginners.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes are available at times and days that suit you.
Please get in touch for details. I am also offering a low rate for private tuition in pregnancy yoga if you can’t make a class time. Days and times are flexible. Please get in touch.
Cost
£15.00 per session or pay £60.00 / £75 monthly (Hatha)
£10.00 per session or £60.00 for the month (Zoom)
£10.00 for pregnancy yoga or £15.00 for private class
£12.00 per class or £100.00 for ten weeks (Chair yoga)
£12.00 per session or £100.00 for ten weeks (Meditation/mindfulness)
£60, Pilates with Juila for 6 weeks
*Please note that payment confirms your place. If you book a place and cancel less than 24 hours before the class, you are still expected to pay for your space. If you book a place on a course and wish to pay in installments, the payment is still due even if you drop out of the course. If you require any clarification on any aspect of this information, please do not hesitate to ask.
