Monthly Morning of Yoga – The Art of Relaxation.
Join us for a Morning of Yoga at The Space, dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. Saturday 21st June, let’s celebrate the Summer Solstice with uplifting and restorative practices.
The practice will include Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.

Breathwork to energise and uplift
Prior experience of sitting quietly for extended periods and some knowledge of Surya Namaskar will be helpful, although not essential.
These sessions are designed to nurture, centre, and inspire, helping you connect with the energy and abundance of the season. The morning will allow you to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming and peaceful environment. Suitable for all levels, the session includes:

✨ A nourishing relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
