This is class is more appropriate for students who are physically fit and have some prior Yoga experience. Even if it was 20 years ago!
The practice combines movement with breath whilst working with flowing sequences and periods of stillness. Through developing strength, focus, and balance in the body, you develop calmness and freedom of the mind.
This class will have a different theme each week, depending on the moon’s cycle and the time of the year.
A regular yoga practice will support you in your everyday life, both on and off the mat!
