Spring Retreat 2025

Yoga Retreat at Park Place Pastoral Centre, Wickham.

I warmly invite you to join me for a special retreat held within the idyllic natural surroundings of Park Place. There will be plenty of free time, and you will enjoy yoga’s wisdom and healing practices with delicious vegetarian food to nourish you both inside and out. You will leave the retreat feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized.

Ground-floor rooms are available if stairs are a problem. All bedrooms are ensuite.

Optional massage, reflexology, and reiki treatments will also be available at an extra cost.
