Beginners Courses
Whether you’re looking to build fitness, strength, and flexibility or seeking a way to calm a busy mind, my beginner’s courses offer the perfect introduction to yoga.
This 12-week course is designed to help you:
- Learn the fundamentals of yoga, including physical postures (asanas), movement, and breathing techniques (pranayama).
- Explore body locks (bandhas), hand positions (mudras), and basic meditation techniques to quiet the mind.
- Experience gentle movements and flowing practices with subtle yet profound benefits.
It’s an ideal starting point for anyone with little or no experience in yoga, providing a beautiful foundation to begin your practice.
